A logistics and office development designed to combine operational efficiency, quality workspaces and landscape integration.
The project
The project combines a temperature-controlled logistics facility, offices on two levels and staff spaces. Its layout separates HGVs, cars and pedestrians, with perimeter logistics circulation and safe pedestrian routes.
The architecture addresses the building’s large scale through graduated grey cladding and varied textures. The offices combine white volumes, timber finishes and solar shading, while generous planting and integrated parking complete the landscape strategy.
