Boiler production plant
An industrial complex bringing together boiler production and assembly, research and development, storage and offices, with clearly separated circulation routes and a strong landscape framework.
The project
The factory accommodates heavy and light production bays, storage, technical rooms and research and development spaces. Deliveries and dispatch operations are organised on separate sides of the building, while a dedicated route connects the research area to the exceptional-load dispatch zone.
The two-storey office building includes a showroom, workspaces, changing rooms and staff rest areas. A covered, open-sided gallery connects it to the factory. The landscaped space between the buildings extends the break areas outdoors.
Simple rectangular volumes combine grey metal cladding with a corten-finish entrance volume. Approximately 55% of the site is allocated to green space. Planted earth berms, permeable parking and retention basins support landscape integration and rainwater management. The design also provides around 2,764 m² of photovoltaic panels on the industrial roof.
